Nabajee Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules

By accessing or using the nabajee platform — whether through the website at nabajee.app, the nabajee mobile application, or any other interface provided by nabajee — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. Your continued use of nabajee constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms.

These terms apply to all users of nabajee, including registered players, visitors who browse without registering, and anyone who interacts with any part of the nabajee platform. If you are using nabajee on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms.

Nabajee reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of nabajee after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend checking this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

To register and play on nabajee, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

Nabajee reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof, nabajee may suspend or close your account. Providing false information during registration — including false date of birth — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on nabajee. Creating duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances voided.

When registering on nabajee, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a working mobile number. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nabajee login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Nabajee will never contact you to ask for your password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.

Nabajee may require identity verification at any point — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing compliance review. Verification documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in account restrictions.

All transactions on nabajee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Nabajee supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is stated on the deposit page within your nabajee account and may vary by payment method.

Deposits are credited to your nabajee account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. In most cases this is within a few minutes. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact nabajee support with your transaction reference number.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from a third party into your nabajee account, is prohibited. Nabajee reserves the right to reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from an account in your name.

• Minimum deposit: as stated on the deposit page per payment method.
• Nabajee does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed — contact support immediately if you deposit the wrong amount.
• Nabajee does not accept cash deposits or deposits via cryptocurrency.

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time through the withdrawal section of your nabajee account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. If this is not possible, nabajee support will work with you to arrange an alternative.

Before your first withdrawal, you must complete nabajee's identity verification process. This is a one-time requirement. Subsequent withdrawals from a verified account are processed without additional documentation unless nabajee's compliance team flags a specific review requirement.

Withdrawal processing times on nabajee are typically as follows:

• bKash and Nagad: Within 2–4 hours of approval.
• Rocket: Within 4–8 hours of approval.
• Bank transfer: Within 1–2 business days of approval.

Nabajee reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of a compliance review. This is not common but may occur if unusual account activity is detected. You will be notified if your withdrawal is subject to a review and given a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. Real-money deposits that have not been wagered are withdrawable at any time, subject to verification requirements.

Nabajee offers bonuses and promotional credits to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant offer page, in addition to these general terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.

Unless stated otherwise on the offer page, the following general bonus conditions apply on nabajee:

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus balance, separate from your real-money balance.
• Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• Nabajee reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.

All games available on nabajee use certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently audited for fairness. The published RTP figure for each game reflects the long-run theoretical return to players and is available on the individual game page.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on nabajee and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on nabajee.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with nabajee games or systems.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical or non-technical means.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using nabajee for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing nabajee staff or other players.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

Nabajee monitors all accounts and gameplay for signs of prohibited conduct. Detection methods include automated systems and manual review. If you believe you have been incorrectly flagged, you may raise a dispute through the process described in Section 14.

Nabajee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions is detected or suspected.
• The account holder fails to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Unusual or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder.
• Nabajee is required to do so by law or regulatory instruction.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, nabajee will notify the account holder and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

You may close your nabajee account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and verification requirements.

Nabajee is committed to responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are available directly from your account settings on nabajee and can be activated without contacting support.

Self-exclusion on nabajee is a serious commitment. Once activated, a self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period. During self-exclusion, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to deposit, play, or receive promotional communications from nabajee.

Nabajee may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, nabajee will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory instruction.

If you do not agree with any changes to these terms, you must stop using nabajee and may close your account by contacting support.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which nabajee holds its gaming licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through nabajee's internal complaints process may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority or an independent dispute resolution body as specified in nabajee's licence conditions.
